The unobstructed mountain views and location are such an absolute joy! I love to see Mt Timpanogos out of my kitchen window. Already I can pick vases and vases of flowers to give away. All summer different lovely perennials pop up where you least expect them! Amazing neighborhood - many BYU professors choose to live here as it is very close to BYU and convenient to UVU too. Dearest and most interesting, most well-traveled and kind people you will find anywhere in the world are in this neighborhood! Extra driveway space.
