The cabinets are knotty alder, and the countertops are granite with chiseled edges. The flooring is acid stained concrete, carpet, slate tile and real hickory wood on the main and upstairs floors. The heating is a propane fired furnace and there are some additional baseboard heaters and a propane fireplace on the main floor. The downstairs fireplace is wood burning. Rented propane tanks are 1,000 and 500 gallons which is plenty of propane to get you through the winter. Both fireplaces are made of river rock and have amazing wood hearths.
